Are your timepieces authentic and certified?
Yes, every watch sold at New Audemars Piguet is 100% authentic and comes with its original serial number, manufacturer box, and a certificate of authenticity.
What is your shipping and insurance policy?
We offer complimentary, fully insured overnight shipping for all domestic orders. International shipping is calculated at checkout and includes comprehensive insurance coverage until the moment of delivery.
Do you offer a warranty on your watches?
All new watches are covered by the manufacturer's international warranty. Additionally, we provide a 2-year in-house mechanical warranty for further peace of mind.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and select cryptocurrencies. For security reasons, high-value transactions may require a verified wire transfer.
Can I return my purchase if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 14-day return policy for watches in unworn, original condition with all protective plastics and tags intact. Please contact our concierge to initiate a return shipment.
How do I track my order?
Once your timepiece has been inspected and dispatched, you will receive an email with a secure tracking link and signature delivery instructions.
